Our lenses
Here’s everything you need to know when choosing your lenses.
Whether you are looking for prescription glasses, sunglasses, or even prescription sunglasses, we've got you covered!
Prescription types
Single vision lens
Progressive lens
Single vision
Single vision lenses correct one field of vision, either near or distance. The majority of people order eyeglasses with single vision prescriptions.
Prism
Doctors will sometimes prescribe a prism correction that’s necessary for your eyes to work together properly.
Progressive or Multi-focal
Progressive lenses correct both near and distance vision and everything in between. These lenses are a life changer for people suffering from constantly changing between two eyeglasses, one for near vision and one for distance, and still not being able to see in between. Your prescription is eligible if it includes an “ADD” value.

Lens Coatings
Anti-reflective coating
We use multiple anti-reflective coatings to make sure you have the best possible vision through your pair of optical glasses. Plus, it’s nice that people can take a good look into your eyes as well. Included free of charge in all our lenses.
Scratch-resistant coating
All glasses-wearers are familiar with the vague, permanent mist that descends when the lenses scratch. All our lenses come with scratch-resistant coating which gives clarity of vision – even for those of you who, like us, wear your glasses all day, every day. Included free of charge in all our lenses.
Ultraviolet (UV) protection
To protect your eyes from sun damage we provide all of our sun and most of our optical glasses with UV shield, giving added day-long protection to the delicate eye area.
Blue-light filtering coating
We offer blue-light-filtering lenses for customers who are concerned about the effects of blue light. These lenses filter more blue light than our standard or high-index lenses and can be added when you select the lenses for your frames. Being surrounded by LED light most of the time, we believe that this coating is a must for everyone.
Superhydrophobic coating
“Hydrophobic” describes something that does not like water. We offer lenses with superhydrophobic coatings, which repel moisture to help prevent smudging. This keeps your lenses stay cleaner for a longer time, which in turn increases the lifetime of the lense, because you end up rubbing them much less.
Learn moreLens Colors
Below are the different options we offer regarding sun lenses, whether with prescription or not. This way you can enjoy your sunglasses with a custom-fitted light-weight and durable lens that matches your prescription. All of our sun lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB rays to stay out in the sun while keeping your eyes protected.
Clear
If you want completely uncolored vision while wearing your frames, go with our standard clear lenses. For the highest light transmittance and clarity of vision, ask about our Nikon spectacle lenses.
Solid
In our wide range of solid colored lenses you will definitely find what you are looking for. Brown, grey, green, blue and many more options are available for you to select from.
Gradient
These lenses are usually darker at the top and get lighter at the bottom. It is also possible that they transition at the bottom into another color.
Flash mirrored
These mirrored lenses not only cut down on the amount of light entering the eye, but also don't let your eye to be seen from the outside. ;)
Polarised
Light rays reflecting off pavement, snow, or water can impair your vision. Customized for the ophthalmic industry, the polarisation filter helps eliminate these unwanted reflections for the most pleasant visual experience.
Light-responsive
These lenses transition from fully clear indoors to dark outdoors (even on a cloudy day, because they respond to UV rays).
- Available in single vision and progressive lenses.
- They block 100% of UVA and UVB filters.
- The level of darkness and speed of transition depend on the level of UV exposure and temperature.
- Includes scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coatings.
- Comes in a wide variety of colors.
- Light-responsive technology is inside the lens—so treatment won’t rub or peel off.
